The Josie Music Association, LLC (JMA) wishes to provide a formal clarification regarding its ownership and organizational structure to ensure the continued integrity of our brand.
The Josie Music Association, LLC, is exclusively owned and operated by Tinamarie Passantino and Josie Passantino-Boone. Our organization operates as a network consisting of our 17 proprietary brands, including—but not limited to—The Josie Music Awards, JMA Radio, JMA Network TV, The Josie Show, and the JMA Music Festival and Conference. The first brand began in 2009.
Please be advised that the Josie Music Association, LLC, and its subsidiaries are not affiliated, associated, or partnered with any other independent music award shows, companies, organizations, or external Facebook groups. Any representation of such an association by third parties is unauthorized.
